I am a seasoned patent attorney with more than 10 years of patent experience. My patent experience has encompassed all areas of patent practice including drafting applications, analyzing the validity and value of patents, negotiating license agreements, and litigating patents through the court system. As a patent litigator with a M.S. in Computer Science, I have been deeply involved in the patent analysis and technical issues in my cases. I have won numerous victories for my clients, including both winning at trial, and winning legal arguments that have allowed my clients to end litigations early without incurring high legal costs or paying any damages. As a patent prosecutor, I have successfully prosecuted patents to issuance.

From my experience as a patent litigator, I have seen first hand how my clients use patents as part of their business strategy and have developed detailed analyses regarding the economic value of patents in the marketplace. I also saw first hand how courts construe claims and how courts and juries analyze patents and determine infringement issues. I combine this perspective, my strong understanding of computer related technology, and my experience as a patent prosecutor to procure patents to provide my clients with strong protection of their business assets. I also use this perspective to advise my clients on the value and validity of patents, the use of patents as a competitive advantage, and the potential threat of litigation.
