Re-Exams
When threatened with patent litigation, re-exams may be filed as a way to invalidate a defendant's patent without the expense of a trial. My litigation experience and communication experience with the USPTO provides me with important skills for both pursing re-examinations as a defense to litigation and representing my clients in re-exams filed on their patents.
